{"id":64,"date":"2020-07-28T15:25:46","date_gmt":"2020-07-28T13:25:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/faq.op-weborama.fr\/?p=64"},"modified":"2020-07-28T15:25:46","modified_gmt":"2020-07-28T13:25:46","slug":"bulk-upload","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/faq.op-weborama.fr\/index.php\/2020\/07\/28\/bulk-upload\/","title":{"rendered":"Bulk upload"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>This part explains how to use the Bulk Upload feature available in the Creative Library tab of Weborama Campaign Manager (WCM)<strong>NB: To get access to the bulk upload you must have created a folder in the Creative Library.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">BULK UPLOAD PROCESS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Click on the folder where you want to upload the creative elements<\/li><li>Once you are in the appropriate folder:<ul><li>Either you will click on the&nbsp;<em><strong>Bulk Upload<\/strong><\/em>&nbsp;option available in the Breadcrumb<\/li><li>Or you will click on the option&nbsp;<em><strong>\u201cUpload file to create several creatives<\/strong><\/em><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/doc.weborama.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/Bulk-Upload.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Regardless of&nbsp;the option&nbsp;selected above you will select to bulk upload your elements here&nbsp;is&nbsp;below the page displayed to start working on the bulk upload<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/doc.weborama.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/Bulk-Upload2.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Click on Select file(s) to upload and choose at least 1 of the files you want to upload.<em>&nbsp;(NB: several files formatting are allowed)<\/em><br>Once you have selected the file the content of your file will be displayed in the main window as in the example below:<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/doc.weborama.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/Bulk-Upload3.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>STEP 1- Select the creatives you want to put in the folder<br>IMPORTANT: please note that the gif required for the back up is automatically selected when you select the .swf for example<\/li><li>STEP 2 \u2013 Drag and Drop each ad from the list to the folder located in the left part of the page (under the name of your folder)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/doc.weborama.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/Bulk-Upload4.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>STEP 3- Once you have dropped all ads you want to create select the type of creative<\/li><li>STEP 4- Click on \u201cSAVE\u201d<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/doc.weborama.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/Bulk-Upload5.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Additional information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>What do the following icons mean in the screens above?<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/doc.weborama.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/Bulk-Upload_Delete.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"12\" height=\"14\">&nbsp;\u2013 Clicking on this icon will allow you to delete one of the creative uploaded which was a part of the files uploaded<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/doc.weborama.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/Bulk-Upload_Preview.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"14\" height=\"12\">&nbsp;\u2013 Click on this icon will allow you to preview the creative<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>How many files can be uploaded at once ?<\/strong><ul><li>Theorically there&nbsp;is no limit but we encourage not going beyond 100 Mo for each bulk upload<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Are there limitations withe the bulk upload from a type of file perspective?<\/strong><ul><li>There is no restriction regarding the file types with the bulk upload<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This part explains how to use the Bulk Upload feature available in the Creative Library tab of Weborama Campaign Manager (WCM)NB: To get access to the bulk upload you must have created a folder in the Creative Library.
