This structure allows you to select multiple insertions to be edited simultaneously.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>The Tree View<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In the campaign administration, the top left \u201c<strong>Work on insertions<\/strong>\u201d and \u201c<strong>Work on creatives<\/strong>\u201d buttons are used to switch between two views, showing the elements of a campaign using two different trees structures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When \u201cWork on insertions\u201d is selected, the campaign appears as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/doc.weborama.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/arbo.png\" alt=\"Insertion view\" title=\"Insertion view\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>By default only the Site\/Offer level is visible. The Insertion and Creative levels can be expanded by clicking on the level directly above them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hover the mouse over a level to see the action menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The filter area above the tree view allows you to display only certain items: search by insertion or creative, and filter the type or size of the insertion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On each level item line a colored dot displays the delivery status:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; On the Campaign, Sites\/Offers and Insertion levels, the dot indicates whether delivery has not yet started (gray), is running (green) or has been marked as ended (red).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; On the Creatives level, the dot indicates whether its status is set to Play (green) or Pause (red).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the Insertions level, an icon represents each type of insertion:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; RD: Redirect (insertion with creatives)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; IM: Image (insertions with creatives)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; PX: Impressions + clicks (insertion for tracking)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; PX: Impressions + clicks + visibility (insertion for tracking)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; CC: Links (insertion for tracking)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For Redirect and Image type insertions, the number on the insertion item line shows the number of creatives assigned to this insertion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An alert icon may appear at different levels to indicate that a problem is detected in the settings or in gathering statistics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Editing multiple insertions<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Use the check boxes to select multiple insertions and edit them simultaneously. Use the check boxes on the Campaign and Sites \/ Offers levels to select all the insertions of the campaign or Site \/ Offer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Click the \u201cEdit selected\u201d button above the tree view to access insertion editing tabs (Properties, Click URLs, Assign Creative, Optimization, Costs and Volumes, 3rd Party Tags) and edit all the insertions selected simultaneously. The settings of the last insertion selected appear in the forms within each tab. Non-editable fields do not appear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When you edit a field, an icon appears in front of it to signify that the modification will be applied to all insertions selected.&nbsp; The number of insertions it applies to is displayed beside the title in the editing window and next to the \u201cEdit selected\u201d button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Media plan view<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>In the campaign administration, you can display a Media Plan view if you have chosen \u201cWork by Insertion\u201d. It is a summary view of general information pertaining to the campaign and its insertions.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Media plan is the default view when you open a campaign that has not yet started running (status set to \u2018upcoming\u2019) from the Campaign Overview screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is only available when&nbsp;\u2018Work on insertions\u2019&nbsp;is selected and provides an overview of the media plan and its key information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To the left , the \u201cWork on Insertions\u201d tree view&nbsp;offers an overview of the media plan (insertions created, assigned creatives, delivery status). More details regarding the media plan are displayed in right panel :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The dates set for the campaign and the various insertions<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(If \u201cAutomatic Date\u201d is selected, a dash appears in the start and\/or end date columns).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The cost model and volume&nbsp;for each insertion if they were configured<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The insertion\u2019s priority level<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Any optional comments related to the campaigns and insertions<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/doc.weborama.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/media-plan-view1.png\" alt=\"Media plan view\" title=\"Media plan view\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Targeting<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td>&nbsp;<\/td><td>&nbsp;<\/td><td>&nbsp;<\/td><td>&nbsp;<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>The Targeting (\/optimization) view is available in the campaign administration. It allows you to view and edit targeting\/optimization options configured for the campaign.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To the left, you can expand the media plan using the&nbsp;Work by Insertions tree view. On the right, you can view and edit different optimization options:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; On the insertions level: you can enable&nbsp;automatic optimization&nbsp;for displaying creatives. If automatic optimization is not enabled, the word \u201cCustom\u201d will appear on the insertion level. If it is enabled, you will find the word \u201cauto\u201d followed by the selected metrics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; On the creatives level, you can access the different&nbsp;delivery and targeting options&nbsp;for the creative within the insertion:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Activating the creative: click the Play\/Pause button to change the creative\u2019s status within an insertion.<\/li><li>Weight:&nbsp;: Click on the stars to select a value (25, 50, 75, 100) or enter a custom value (200 maximum) to set a different weight (or share of voice).<\/li><li>Sequence<\/li><li>Planning<\/li><li>Systems<\/li><li>Geolocation<\/li><li>Profile<\/li><li>Retargeting<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For the last 5 options, either click the \u201cAdd\u201d button or the text specifying the configured settings to open the editing panel for the creative assigned to the insertion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Remember:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Weight, Sequence, Scheduling, System, Geolocation, Profile and Retargeting options can only apply if&nbsp;automatic optimization&nbsp;is not enabled on the insertion and if at least two creatives are active over the insertion (status = Play)<\/li><li>They are not available for creatives made up of several ad positions.<\/li><li>It is recommended to set a generic default creative for the insertion befor.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Clicks view<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>The Clicks view is available in the campaign administration. It allows you to view and edit the click URLs associated to creatives assigned to different insertions.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To the left, the \u201cWork on Creatives\u201d tree view&nbsp;displays the campaign\u2019s creatives and the various insertions they are assigned to.&nbsp;On the right, you can directly view and edit default clicks (Click URLs).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Before launching the campaign, it is essential that the default clicks be defined for creatives assigned to insertions. This screen displays the default URLs that will be triggered when clicking each of the creatives, on each insertion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The URL can be specifically set for a creative assigned to an insertion (displayed in black) or be inherited from a URL defined at a higher level in the media plan \u2013 insertion, site or offers or campaign (displayed in grey).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can directly edit the URL of creative assigned to an insertion in the overview (click to edit the line).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you wish to edit the click URL of a given creative across all insertions it is assigned to, use the checkbox to select the creative and click \u201cedit selected\u201d on the upper left to access the&nbsp;Click URLs tab associated to creatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If a creative includes extra clickTags (Extras) redirecting to different click URLs, they cannot be configured directly in the Clicks overview. You need to select the creative(s) using the checkboxes and click \u201cEdit selected\u201d to access the creative level Click URLs Tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Similarly when a creative includes several Ad positions, you can on only view and configure the first Ad position in the Clicks view. You can set any additional default Clicks to ad positions in the&nbsp;Click URLs tab associated to creatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cost and volumes view<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>No content available for the moment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Monitoring view<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>The Monitoring view is available in the campaign administration and is used to track the campaign using its key metrics.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To the left, you can expand the media plan tree structure using the&nbsp;Work by Insertions tree view. For each level, the statistics related to key metrics (impressions, clicks, CTR, conversions, conversion rates \u2026) and their variation over the last period are displayed on the right hand side.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The statistics cover the period selected in the calendar at the top right, set by default to the current day. Click \u201cMetrics\u201d to select the metrics to be displayed from a predefined list of metrics.
