Projects and campaigns Overview

Campaigns Overview

The Campaigns tab provides an overview of your current campaign activity and access to campaign management. You can also create new campaigns and projects in this tab.

  • Displaying Campaigns and Projects

On the left side, campaigns are listed by project and by channel.

Next to each campaign listed, you will find a color indicating the campaign status:

Grey = “Upcoming”: the campaign has not yet been launched

Green = “Running”: at least one campaign insertion is active (at least 100 impressions or 10 clicks have been registered)

–  Red = “Ended”: delivery has been ended for all insertions (manually or automatically)

By default, campaigns displayed are current campaigns : “Upcoming,” “Running”, and “Ended” for which conversions can still be tracked (depending on set tracking times). “Past” campaigns, that have been discontinued and are no longer generating conversions, are not displayed..

Directly above the list of campaigns, the search box / filter allows you to search your campaigns by tag (or ID)  and filter campaigns:

– by channel: DisplaySearchAffiliate,Direct Marketingor Self-promotion
– by status: “Current” or “Past” (see explanation above)

Creating and Editing a project

The Campaign Overview section allows you to create a new project. A project is a group of campaigns using different channels.

In order to create a campaign, you need to have created at least one project.

In a project you can create a collection of campaigns linked to the same action or marketing operation (such as a launch or a promotion …) but using different channels (Display, Search, Affiliate, Direct Marketing, or even self -promotion).  You can create as many projects as you wish.

To create a new project, you must enter:

– The project name: enter a name that clearly defines the project

You can skip directly to the next step and create a campaign for this project by selecting the channel and clicking “Continue” to access the campaign creation form.

Once the project is created, it is automatically inserted in the Campaign Overview.

Deleting a project

You can delete the project using the Project drop-down menu.

From the Dashboard, select “Delete” in the Project menu, then confirm the deletion.

Please note however that this option is only available in the menu if there are no campaigns in the project. Only empty projects may be deleted. Hence, to delete a project you must first remove all campaigns from the project. Furthermore, campaigns can only be deleted if they are void of statistics.
