When opening a folder, you access the list of creatives available in the folder with their information and have the possibility build and edit creatives.
- List of creatives
On the left side, the creatives are listed by anti chronological order (the most recent is listed on top) with basic information:
– The number of insertions to which it has been assigned
– The information of the creative format
- IM :Image Ad
- SD : Standard Ad
- SD+: Standard Ad+ Layer
- EXP : Expandable
- VID : Video ( Weborama player)
- RM : Rich Media
- WLM :Windows Live Messenger
- VST : VAST
- 3RD : 3rd Party JS/HTML
– A Red or green dot indicating if the creative is on play or pause ( the green dot indicates that the creative is on play on at least one insertion to which it is assigned)
– The status : the icon indicates that the creative has been modified and has not been yet updated (an update action is required to apply the modification to the running creative)
– The size of the creative ( by default the dimensions of the fixed position )
– The weight in KB of the creative
– The date of creation

When hovering over the creative folder name, you can :
– Edit the creative folder
– Update all the creatives : this action will update all the creatives of the folder to apply the modifications made to the running creatives
– Add a new creative to the folder
– Delete the folder if it is void of creatives
When hovering over the creative name, you can :
– Edit the creative
– Update the creative to apply your last modifications to the running creative
– Preview the creative
Important:
If you have edited a creative which is already running you must ‘Update’ the creative to apply the modification on the live creative by clicking on the Update option of the creative (or of the folder to update all the creative of the folder at the same time).
