Creating a Media plan using an Excel template

Uploading Excel file or create a media plan manually

When you access a campaign you have just created in the Dashboard, you will need to add the items that make up your media plan either manually or by loading a pre-formatted Excel file.

After creating a campaign, you need to load your media plan items: Site Offers and Insertions. You will then be able to assign creatives to each insertion (only for insertions with creatives).

– Manually:

Click Add a site-offer to add a site-offer to the campaign. You will then need to create at least one insertion for this site-offer.

– Loading an Excel file:

To create a media plan from an Excel file, you must first download the Display Campaign Template to your computer (Click Download the Webo Excel Template). Fill out the pre-formatted Excel sheet with your media plan data. Then click Start loading to load the media plan items to Adperf .

Important:

Do not change the order of the column names in the Excel file.

Once the loading is complete, you will land on an item confirmation page where further changes can be made before creating items.
