This part explains how to use the Bulk Upload feature available in the Creative Library tab of Weborama Campaign Manager (WCM)NB: To get access to the bulk upload you must have created a folder in the Creative Library.
BULK UPLOAD PROCESS
- Click on the folder where you want to upload the creative elements
- Once you are in the appropriate folder:
- Either you will click on the Bulk Upload option available in the Breadcrumb
- Or you will click on the option “Upload file to create several creatives
- Regardless of the option selected above you will select to bulk upload your elements here is below the page displayed to start working on the bulk upload
- Click on Select file(s) to upload and choose at least 1 of the files you want to upload. (NB: several files formatting are allowed)
Once you have selected the file the content of your file will be displayed in the main window as in the example below:
- STEP 1- Select the creatives you want to put in the folder
IMPORTANT: please note that the gif required for the back up is automatically selected when you select the .swf for example - STEP 2 – Drag and Drop each ad from the list to the folder located in the left part of the page (under the name of your folder)
- STEP 3- Once you have dropped all ads you want to create select the type of creative
- STEP 4- Click on “SAVE”
Additional information
- What do the following icons mean in the screens above?
– Clicking on this icon will allow you to delete one of the creative uploaded which was a part of the files uploaded
– Click on this icon will allow you to preview the creative
- How many files can be uploaded at once ?
- Theorically there is no limit but we encourage not going beyond 100 Mo for each bulk upload
- Are there limitations withe the bulk upload from a type of file perspective?
- There is no restriction regarding the file types with the bulk upload
